About the Project

Scratching my own itch to make the internet's best comment section readable.

The Signal in the Noise

I have always felt that HackerNews discussions are the most professional, insightful, and technically grounded conversations on the web. Unlike other social networks where outrage fuels engagement, HN threads often contain advice from industry veterans, solutions from engineers who built the tools we use, and critiques that actually make you think.

But there is a problem: Density.

A popular thread might have 500+ comments. While 10 of them might be life-changing insights, finding them requires wading through puns, pedantic arguments, and noise. I wanted a handy place where I could re-visit the most promising threads and understand the consensus immediately without scrolling for an hour.

Why I built this

To use LLMs to analyze the hive mind, strip away the fluff, and present the core arguments and resources in a format that respects your time.

Daily Updates

I try to keep the site updated daily with the previous day's top discussions. It's a manual-assist process to ensure quality control.

The "No-Spam" Promise

The weekly newsletter is strictly for insights. No spam, just a digest of the week's best threads.
